Dublin City Council intends to construct six houses and four apartments as part of an infill residential development of social housing. The development will include the division of Berryfield Drive into two separate cul-de-sacs with a new entrance off Cardiffsbridge Road, diversion of existing underground services on and adjoining the site, provision of SuDS, along with associated public realm works and an upgrade of the public open space at Valeview Gardens to improve the neighbourhood environs of Berryfield Drive / Valeview Gardens. Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Civil and Structural Engineering Services for Dublin City Council Housing Development projects to deliver the Residential Development at Berryfield Drive project (as the initial call-off contract)..
