This solicitation covers the design of a steel tower with glass façade outside of a U.S. Government-owned building for an elevator with vestibule for accessibility from the main entrance to 2 upper floors, to meet the ABA (American Architectural Barriers Act)requirements. The project involves - but is not limited to - the following :
Workshop drawings, factory and assembly planning of a steel tower with glass façade for an elevator over 3 floors (height ca.10m), outside of the building, according to the American Architectural Barriers Act (ABA guidelines). Delivery and assembly of the steel tower with glass façade according to the American Architectural Barriers Act (ABA guidelines). Coordinated design with the general planner-s design team and the elevator contractor: The elevator will be mounted inside the steel-glass tower over 3 floors. Coordinated cooperation on site with all project participants. Temporary massive dust wall outdoor (weather protection) protection measures and materials, scaffolds, lifting platforms, material lifts, etc. Commissioning and Certificates for fire protection, safety glass qualification, building physics (thermal qualification, sun protection, sound-protection)All contractors must be registered n the SAM (System Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
Estimate size of the project: estimated construction cost per range according to FAR 36-204: between $ 100,000 and $ 250,000.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, as part of market research, issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 10.001 (a) (2), Market Research - Policy. All interested parties should complete the form provided the link below.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting market research to identify potential parties capable of performing full range of environmental consulting services (ECS).
The purpose of this contract is to provide a full range of environmental consulting services (ECS). The services consist of environmental compliance, environmental restoration, environmental conservation, UXO anomaly avoidance, pollution prevention, real estate, SRM, energy management & sustainability services, and base support.
The contractor shall provide support related to requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Agency (NEPA), Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (FWCA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), and other related Federal Programs in addition to State/Local specific regulations/requirements. The USACE Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer-s Representative (COR) will provide the contractor with any site-specific information upon issuance of each task order. Information provided by the USACE on any site will be dependent on the status of the site. It is expected that this contract will require the performance of multiple projects (task orders) simultaneously with overlapping periods of performance.

CROSSOVER SUBSTATION, KV8A REACTOR INSTALL, MTWestern Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of Crossover Substation, KV8A Reactor Install in Montana. The principal components of the work involve miscellaneous sitework, demolition; providing concrete foundations; providing aluminum structures; installing Government-Furnished equipment including reactors and associated surge arresters; providing grounding; providing bus; and providing associated electrical equipment and material.The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
