1. The National Irrigation Administration - Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 1st District Solar Pump Irrigation Project, Phase II; Construction of Solar Power Driven Pump Irrigation (5HP); EGPIP Fund; CY 2024 under Contract No. INIMO-2025-05-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
