Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF RESCUE AND SAFETY
SUPPLIES FOR PDRRMO
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE
THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY NINE PESOS AND 50/100 ONLY (₱
3,559,469.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the PROCUREMENT OF RESCUE AND SAFELTY SUPPLIES FOR
PDRRMO with Procurement Reference No. 2025-000446. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The
description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in
Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders).
