- The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI) is seeking a service provider to conduct DNA methylation measurement on DNA samples using Illumina Human Methylation platforms (EPIC-array version 2, or newer platforms available in the period, for example Methylation Screening Array (270K)). This service shall include bisulfit conversion of DNA samples, followed by array processing and data generation. In addition, the service provider shall carry out next-generation sequencing (short- or long-read) of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), using Twist Mitochondrial Panel or a better method available at the time. The aim of this procurement is to support ongoing research projects that require high quality DNA methylation and sequencing data. The results from the analysis of this data will contribute to promoting genetic and epigenetic research carried out by FHI and its collaborating partners.
