1. The DPWH Aklan District Engineering Office (ADEO), Kalibo, Aklan, through the FY 2024 RA 11975 Ext. Regular 2024 Continuing SR2025-02-005974 dated February 13, 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 486,675.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25GA0145 - Repair/Maintenance of National Road along Aklan East Rd - K0289+258-K0289+297, Aklan East Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
