The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VI through the FY 2025 DPWH Infrastructure Program intends to apply the sum of Php 4,974,699.22 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25GP0064 - Construction of School Building, Concepcion Elementary School, Brgy. Concepcion, Dumalag Capiz. Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
