1. The Zamboanga Sibugay 1st District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriation Act (GAA) - Basic Infrastructure Program (BIP) intends to apply the sum of Php 2,970,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25JI0055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Zamboanga Sibugay 1st DEO through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
