1. The DPWH, Negros Oriental 1st District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 1,980,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM (BIP) - EVACUATION CENTERS/QUARANTINE FACILITIES/PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES - COMPLETION OF EVACUATION CENTER/COVERED COURT, BARANGAY GUBA, VALLEHERMOSO, NEGROS ORIENTAL with Contract ID No. 25RG0137. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
