- This consultation concerns the extension and rehabilitation works of the Courrege school group - lots 05 - 09 and 18.
The operation consists in enlarging and rehabilitating the two schools in order to increase the capacity of the Courrege school group. It includes in particular complianceexisting (3,777 m2) with regard to the tertiary decree (horizon 2050) and it will make it possible to reach the level E4C1 for new construction (1288 m2 SDP).
The operation will take place in several phases:
-phase 1: the construction of the extension of the elementary and restructuring of the building C
-PhaSE 2: The rehabilitation of the elementary and maternal.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
Financing on equity of the City of Toulouse. 3%warranty. Advance planned at the market under the conditions of the CCAP.
The services are paid by flat prices, REvisable monthly
