Tender are invited for PROPOSAL TO ISSUE A SUCCESSIVE LEASE FOR STATE AIRPORT LAND: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to issue a successive lease for Lot 3, Block 2, consisting of approximately 23,975 square feet (ADA-51059 successive lease to ADA-50486), at Yakutat Airport for 31 years, to expire June 1, 2056. Applicant: Greg Dierick. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of a building for air taxi operations; aircraft maintenance and parking; air freight and cargo forwarding; self-fueling operations; temporary overnight pilot quarters for pilots or crew detained due to weather; sales of gifts and snacks; offices and vehicle parking in support of these uses. No commercial fuel sales and no alcohol sales authorized. Annual rent: $5,202.58, other associated fees - concession fees of 6% for food & non-alcoholic beverages and 8% for goods.
