in the Roermonder Strasse 51 property in Aachen, the seals of the flat roofs come from the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor from the year of construction (1987).
The sealing of the green area above the ground floor has already been renovated in 2018.
with approx. 37Years, the average life expectancy of the bituminous roof sealing above the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor of 30 - 40 years has been almost reached.
Before installation, the photovoltaic system planned in a separate measure, should therefore be renewed the roof seal to unnecessaryAvoid expenses after installing the PV system.
At the same time, the roof insulation should be brought to the current standard according to the opposite law.
The attic covers are designed with copper sheets on a wooden substructure and show a width of approx. 40cm on the horizontalUpper edge, which is around 70cm above the gravel fill.
