- Pursuant to articles L. 2124-1, R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 of the public procurement code, the consultation is initiated in the form of an open tender.
The framework agreement is open to all potential buyers subject to the public order code and whose headquartersIle-de-France region. A buyer meeting these conditions may execute this market as soon as he has joined the Sifurep purchase power station and will have sent his letter of commitment to Sifurep. Holders will be informed.
In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2125-1 1 ,R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, this public market is a framework agreement of multi-attribute services executed by means of purchase orders.
Each batch will be assigned to 3holders to the maximum. This number may be reduced in the event that the number of acceptable offers is not sufficient.
In principle, on each lot:
- The candidate whose offer has been deemed economically the most advantageous will be a holder of Row 1;
- The candidate whose offer has been classified asSecond position will hold Rang 2;
- The candidate whose offer has been classified in third position will be a holder of Row 3.
