- The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces (hereinafter referred to as the contracting entity) requests your tender for the acquisition of the Defense Forces "Framework Agreement for Ring Road and Area Controls with Services 2025-2029". The acquisition is the subject of a procurement agreement of EUR 8 (8) million euros for 2025-2029.The acquisition has been described in more detail in this invitation to tender and in its annexes. The procurement is carried out as a limited procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Defense and Security Procurement Act (1531/2011). The agreement includes two years of stock options 2028 and2029. The customer may choose to redeem if they wish. Ring and area controls are mainly used in the storage areas of the Defense Forces and in areas where the risk assessment is considered appropriate on the basis of the risk assessment.
