Quotation are invited for Air Conditioner, Mini Split Unit, Wall, 300-400, 18000 Btu/Hr, 1 Ph, 240 Vac, 50 Hz. Air Conditioner, Mini Split Unit, Wall, 300-400, 18000 Btu/Hr, I Ph, 240 Vac, 50 Hz Supply, Install , and Commission Direct Expansio Mini Split Air-Conditioning Unit. Air Handling Unit shall be Wall-Mounted Type And the Condensing Unit shall be Suitable for Outdoor Ground Mounting in Ahmadi Town. Unit/S shall be of Company Approved Manufacturer And Suitable for Satisfactory Performance at the Following Condition S and Limitations: Power Supply: 1 6% Cycle The Nominal Capacity of each Mini Split Unit (Nominal Capacity shall not Vary More than 12% from that Specified). The Unit shall be of Reversible Cycle System Heat-Pump Suitable for Operation in All Weather Conditions. The Unit shall Comprise but not be Limited to the following Components; 1. Compressor shall be of the Hermetic Type And Rated to Ensure Long, Trouble Free Operation. A Warranty Cert Ificate shall be Supplied Covering Minimum Five Years Period. All Cost Associated with the Replacement of Compressors Un Der Warranty including Labor Consumable S and Charging with Gas etc. Shall be в Orne by the Supplier. 2. Control & Sa Fety Units shall Incorporate Factory Built and Tested Integral Control Panels Containing All the Necessary Controls for the Safety and Efficient Operation of the Compressor. 2.1 a Warranty Certificate shall be Supplied Covering Minimum I Year Period for Thermostats All Fan Motors, Electric/Electronic Parts and Gas Leakage. 3. Condenser the Condenser shall be Air Cooled of the Induced Draft Type Capable of Providing De Sign Capacity when Ambient Temperature is 1150fd.B.
