- The Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, Inc. (CBBEP) will receive sealed bids forARANSAS PASS AQUATIC CENTER BOARDWALK REPLACEMENT, SAN PATRICIO,TEXAS until 10:00 AM, on June 16, 2025.The work consists of removing the existing timber boardwalk structure, including all framingmembers and piles, located at 400 E. Johnson Ave. in Aransas Pass, Texas. The boardwalk is forpedestrian foot traffic only. New layout will resemble the previous one, including approximatelocation of 10” square timber piles. The decking system consists of structural grade reinforcedHDPE framing members and reinforced polymer decking. All excavated material should beremoved from the site. Vegetated areas along the boardwalk need to be protected.A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually at 12:00 PM on May 29, 2025via Zoom (meeting link in attached bid packet). Attendance is highly recommended.Bids may be hand delivered or delivered via FedEx or UPS to 1305 N. Shoreline, Suite 205,Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. Bids may also be submitted via email to mkramer@cbbep.org bythe Bid due date. CBBEP will not be responsible for mail delays or lost mail. Bids should beaddressed to the attention of Mary Baker and should include the bid opening date/time and thewords, “Sealed Bid - Do Not Open” on the envelope.
