- It is an assignment of services with the object of "Architecture assignment Total Renovation": the entire architecture assignment including all studies on stability and techniques for the total renovation of one high -rise building of 12 storeys with a total of 111 living units. The building isLocated on Julius Vuyl Stekelaan 6-14. According to the Land Registry, the site is known as: Antwerp 13th department, section N, 870g.
Next to the building that forms the object of this assignment is a parking hill (G6). This semi -underground parking hill will, according to the vision of the Europark Master Plan,must disappear in the future. Because of the uncertainty about the financing of the above-ground parking buildings, this assignment includes one fixed and one conditional part:
- Permanent part: Architecture assignment Total renovation
- Conditional part: the assignment for demolition and reconstruction ofHalf an underground parking garage G6
Unless otherwise stated, all provisions in the specifications apply to the fixed and conditional part.
The contracting authority is only bound by the fixed part after closure. The implementation of the conditional part depends on adecision of the contracting authority that will be communicated to the contractor in writing and this at the latest at the start of the assignment.
