- As Oy Kaevaara will ask your offer for the dismantling of Building B in accordance with the attached demolition report, including the drafting, work and proper handling of the demolition waste. The contract will not be divided into parts and component offers or alternative offers will not be accepted.The address is Rovaniementie 2607, 99540 Torvinen built in 1990. The area to be bitten is 271m^2. Volume 820m^3.The estimates of the amount of demolition waste is shown in Annex 3. The measures or estimates in the offer request or in the Annexes are not checkedto perform the necessary measurements/estimates before submitting the offer. The contract must be performed during summer 2025. The demolition contract must have been completed with all its studies and documents on September 30, 2025, to visit the site on the spot and visit the site must be agreed upon by the technical property managerJuho Tepsan (Juho.tepsa@sodankyla.fi) or with property manager Aira Strand (aira.strand@sodankyla.fi, 0400290221).
