- The purpose of this consultation is to define the services relating to the asbestos removal and demolition of buildings for the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat.
The framework agreement is broken down into two lots as follows:
- Lot No01 Building Building Works for the OPH Rives de Seine HABITAT
- Lot No02 Demolition work for buildings for the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat
Place (x) of execution: All of the heritage of the OPH Rives of Seine Habitat located on the cities of Puteaux, Levallois and Courbevoie.
The amounts are as follows:
- lot no1: without minimum and with an amount maximum of 2,000,000 euros HT (estimate of 700,000 euros (s) over 4 years).
- Lot No2: without minimum and with a maximum amount of 5,000,000 euros HT (estimate of 2,500,000 euros (s) over 4 years).
The services to be performed by the company as part of its market include all the work removal of works, materials, products containing asbestos. Asbestos removal work will be able to work both on demolition sites and on rehabilitation sites
The services to be performed by the company as part of its market include: - work of Undressing: Removal and removal of all the materials of the finishing work, - demolition work of the structure. - Demolition work of the works on the outskirts
