- The metropolitan city contract, between the metropolitan area of Lyon, the State, the municipalities of the agglomeration as well as a certain number of partners involved in city policy (CAF, social landlords, etc.) was signed on April 12, 2024.
Culture, competence of the metropolis of Lyon, is aImportant component of this contract and its implementation implies a number of important actors, which intervenes at different scales. The contract is led by a metropolitan technical group "Culture & Policy of the City" (GT) bringing together State, Metropolis, 20 municipalities and the Grand Parc MiribelJonage.
To mobilize this rich and numerous partnership, the Metropolis of Lyon wishes to set up support for project management to strengthen and implement the culture component of the Metropolitan City Contract and its variations, such as Metropolitan Cooperation DeclarationCultural which brings together 20 signatories and whose objectives are expanding to new partners and the protocol of territorial cultural cooperation signed by 8 major metropolitan establishments and events.Metropole;
