- This Expression of Interest ("EOI") is issued by SBL Contractors Ltd. ("SBL") for the purposes of gathering subcontractor information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of purchasing option for the Construction of Awasisak Nikan Child and Family Services at the ThunderchildFirst Nation. Respondents are asked to respond to SBL and provide the information requested below. SBL operates in the BC, AB and SK region as a Design-Builder and Construction Management firm. SBL is committed to responsible resource development, environmental performance and building strong partnershipswith communities and Indigenous Peoples.The proposed project is a 9,475 sq. ft. Protection, Prevention and Foster Care/Kinship services centre that will fulfill the needs of the Thunderchild First Nation and the Awasisak Nikan Child and Family Services.
