- The subject of the planning is the construction of a 7-group daycare center in the core city of the city of Bruchsal in the area of the campus area. At the end of a long searchAfter a suitable building plot, the municipal council decided in December 2024 for new construction planning on a property of the campus site and commissioned the administration to further process the project.
The services to be awarded are planning services of theHOAI performance phases 1 to 9 in the Object Planning Building and interiors according to HOAI § 34 in conjunction with Appendix 10. There is no legal claim to a complete commissioning of the HOAI performance phases 1 to 9.No additional fee claims can be derived from the gradual order.
In the service phase (LPH) 6, the creation of a award date and the compilation of the tender documents, in performance phase 7 the formal offer test, the creation of the price level,the compilation of the contract documents and the placement of the office by the Central office (GZV) in the Bruchsal city building office. This means that a reduction in the evaluation of the LPH 6 to 8.5%, and the LPH 7 to 2.25%.
