• Quotation are invited for Cabinet, Portacabin Cabinet, Porta Cabin. CABINET, PORTACABIN CABINET, PORTA CABIN 4m LenghX2.5m width with out Toilet and Furniture 1.BASIC CIVIL STRUCTURE - The structural framework shall be made of steel H-beam for main frames and shall be designed as portal. (as per KOC STD Clause 8.2.2) - Cabin shall be made with external walls and roof that comprise of 75 mm thick polyurethane insulated sandwich panels with necessary flashing. (as per KOC STD Clause 8.3.1) - Flooring shall be made with 20 mm thick plywood boards of approved quality, finish with 5 mm thick PVC tiles. (as per KOC STD Clause 8.6.2) - Doors shall be made of anodized aluminum sheets of minimum 2 mm thickness. (as per KOC STD Clause 8.9.3) - Windows shall be of double leaf, and shall be provided with 4 mm thick clear glass (as per KOC STD Clause 8.9.4) - Suitable corrosion resistant treatment at the bottom of steel channel to avoid any corrosion. 2.ELECTRICAL & HVAC REQUIREMENTS - Cabin shall be provided and installed with electrical components, fittings and accessories, to operate safely and efficiently on a power supply of 440/415 Volts, 3phase ,4 wires ,50 HZ, and 250/240 Volts single phase 50 Hz, as applicable ( as per KOC STD Clause 9.1). - Supply and install small power distribution board in the porta cabin. (as PER KOC STD Clause 10.2). - Supply, install and wire the lighting fixtures, sockets and accessories (as per KOC STD Clause 10.4). - Use 2.5 sq.mm wires for lights, photocell and extract fans; 4 sq.mm. wires for sockets; and 6 sq.mm. wires for air-conditioners (as per KOC STD Clause 10.7.3). - Electrical Outlet is a 32 amp 4 pin plug & wall mounted socket waterproof. 3.Fire Protection Measures - Portable Cabin shall be fitted with fire extinguishers (as per KOC STD Clause 7.4.2). 4.General Requirements - To comply with the clauses in the KOC Standard (KOC-C-C035 Rev.1). Category 1 Issue Date: 02-Aug-2022 Due Date: 22-Aug-2022 Each offer must be accompanied by an Initial Bank Guarantee in Arabic language equal to KD.250/- in favor of the Kuwait Oil Company (K.S.C.) and valid for 90 days validity period of the tender, issued in the form of letter of guarantee by any approved local bank. The Tenderer shall duly fill in and complete Attachment B to the Form of Tender. Fee: 25/- The successful Tenderer shall submit a Performance Letter of Guarantee to the value of 10% of the bid in favor of KOC, before signing the Contract and the validity must be for the entire delivery period, plus 12 months. The Letter of Guarantee shall be issued by an approved bank licensed to operate in Kuwait. The Performance Bond shall be worded generally in accordance with the specimen annexed to the Tender as Annexure A.
