- Capital Development Authority Invitation to Bid the Capital Development Authority (The Cda or Procuring Agency) Invites Electronic Bids from Interested Parties for the Establishment and Operations of Caf?, Coffee/Tea And/Or Ice Cream Shop at the Following Two (02) Sites in Saidpur Village, and One Site at Play Land Park Islamabad, on Lease/Rental Model Site ? 1 Total Area 757.61 Sq. Ft Site ? 2 Total Area 1137.11 Sq. Ft (Including Open Space) Site ? 3 Total Covered Area 847 Sqf + Open Space 14573 Sqf. 2. the Cda will Select the Operator through an Open, Fair and Transparent National Competitive Bidding (Ncb) under Ppra Rule 2004, Using a Single Stage- Two Envelope Bidding Procedureand the Cda will Enter into an Agreement with the Successful Bidder(S) in Respect of the Project. 3. the Bidding Documents Containing Detailed Requirements, Terms and Conditions will be Available for the Registered Bidders on Epads at Www.Eprocure.Gov.Pk and Www.Ppra.Org.Pk from 28Th April 2025.All Bids Must be Uploaded on Epads and will be Opened Publicly in the Office of Deputy Director General Environment-I, Cda, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9) Islamabad. 4.
