- The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices. As part of the Sustainable Development and Development Plan of the FOS Industrialo-Port zone, the workand interviews to be conducted must take into account environmental issues in various development operations.
This policy is also reflected in the protection and management of an agro-environmental crown which has given rise to the establishment of a management plan for natural spaces(PGEN), recently supplemented by the areas avoided within the framework of the OAZIP 2040 approach.
At the same time, the investigation and the filing of authorization files under the environment code for future projects lead to the implementation if necessary of measures evidence-reward(ERC) for biodiversity.
