Project ID Project Title, Response Submission Time, Response Submission Date”.Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.Vendors may register and submit proposals electronically at https://procurement.opengov.com/login. An Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at Pre-Proposal Date, Pre-Proposal Time at Pre-Proposal LocationRFP Questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site, until Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date.
