- The assignment concerns cleaning services and window cleaning for the outdoor locations and window cleaning Pettelaarpark 70 (head office) of AA and Maas. An agreement has been drawn up for this assignment with the title of the same name. The content of the entire services is included in the programof requirements (Appendix 1) and in Appendix 2 "Cleaning work program Result" The location of the assignment are all outdoor locations for the cleaning services and Pettelaarpark 70 for the window cleaning, these are included in the price sheet/ cost calculation (Appendix 3). AA and Maaswishes to switch to a result -oriented form of cleaning services for the outdoor locations. The reason for this is that this is the most common form of contracting in the market and wishes to connect AA and Maas to this. The periodic quality controls will still be outsourcedremain on an independent external party.
