- The province of Utrecht started an IV program at the end of 2024 with the aim of realizing a future -proof, safe and flexible basic IT service at the latest at the latest. The reason for this is that various parts of the current ICT infrastructure are outdated or are approaching the end of their contract period, such as the data center contract. In addition, the province of Utrecht wants to invest in improved information security and further digitization of processes, including data -driven works. The scope includes: the design, implementation, (application) migration, management, maintenance and further development of the Cloud Platform Services. The target architecture is based on "Cloud First" and "Azure unless". The province of Utrecht is already using Office365 and Azure. The Microsoft licenses and the Azure consumption fall outside the scope of the tender. The province of Utrecht wants to continue to control IT services and strives to place as many operational services as possible with a managed Cloud Service Provider.
