- This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change ("ECC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for design and construction of a new comfort camping village in St. Malo ProvincialPark, Manitoba as further described in Appendix 7 Specifications and Drawings (the "Work").The Proponent must utilize the design-build service delivery methodology and a full range of professional consultant and contractor services during the design and construction phases of the project.The work isbeing done in St. Malo Provincial Park, Manitoba. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction with road, beach and campground users in the area year-round.In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this Solicitation is limited to Canadiansuppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.Submissions which propose the use of subcontractors based in the UnitedStates will be automatically disqualified.Procurement Services is administering this RFP process.
