- The Hutoise Sports Autonomous Communal Regie is the owner and operator of the Aquahuy building, located on avenue Godin-Parnajon, 5 to 4500 Huy in which is, among other things, a Wellness Center, but also several basins and a cafeteria. In order to develop the Wellness Center, the CouncilRCA administration has decided to pass a new concession of services on the commercial exploitation of care cabins and participation in the commercial dynamics of the Wellness area of the Aquahuy center aforementioned for a period of one year, renewable three times, takingCourse at the latest on July 1, 2025. She intends to concede the exploitation, management, maintenance and maintenance of care cabins to an active dealer in the field of well-being and Wellness. The purpose of this consultation is to choose a candidate and more specificallyof an experienced professional in the field of well-being and Wellness and/or with sufficient guarantees as to his skills in the sector, to which will be granted, for a fee, a concession of services in accordance with the concession contract annexed to the specifications and whichwill governed the relationship with the concessionaire at the end of this procedure.
