- As part of its modernization, Enedis has decided to bring together its so-called mixed activities (tertiary and activities) of Bethune and Bruay-en-Artois to a new site allowing better operational performance meeting the requirements of the energy transition within the agglomerationBethune-Bruay (62).
Enedis research as follows:
-A building for mixed use to be taken in lease as part of a BEFA to meet its specific needs which will be specified in the documents of the upcoming consultation on the agglomeration of Bethune-Bruay.premises on behalf of Enedis will be carried out, in accordance with the future consultation documents, before the delivery date of the buildings which constitutes the effective date of the BEFA.construction of logistics and tertiary platform on a geographical area bringing together the municipalities of Brede and Martillac (Gironde - DEPT 33).
ENEDIS has decided to bring together its activities to an optimized site and meeting the latest environmental standards.
