- BOQ Item Description: Providing Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of above Ductable type Concealed Ceiling /Wall Mounting type 1.5 TR Capacity Inverter type Split AC units installed at various TE buildings as per specifications and scope of work detailed in the tender document including 1st year warranty period after date of Commissioning and Two Mandatory Free Service shall be carried out and rate shall be quoted for 2nd Year and 3rd Year CMC Note - Rate considered for CMC of Ductable type concealed AC Units maintenance for month wise second year the rate is considered at 6 percent of total unit cost as per SBP Manual. If the agency quoted rates found abnormally below the estimated rate. Then differential amount of estimated rate and quoted rate will be on hold till the completion of consequent CMC year a.
