Bid Bond Required Bid Bond Amount: 50000 Instructions: With reference to paragraph 20 of the General Instructions, the bidder shall submit a Bid Bond of KD 50,000/- (Kuwaiti fifty thousands Only) valid for ninety (90) days from the bid closing date worded generally in accordance with the specimen wording contained in Annexure-3 ‘Bid Bond Specimen Form- to this Particular Instructions to the Bidders. The Bid Bond shall be in favor of Kuwait Oil Company in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee issued by a bank licensed to carry out banking business in Kuwait. The bidder shall upload the copy of Bid Bond while submitting the bid online and the original shall be submitted as per paragraph 17 hereof. The bid shall not be considered in the event of failure to submit a Bid Bond. The Company may request the bidder to extend the validity of the Bid Bond at no extra cost to the Company.
