- The present tender is aimed at the "Concieise Service of Colleges and Centers dependent on both the City of Salamanca and the Salamanca Foundation City of Culture and Knowledge", both those existing at the time of writing of this Pliego, and those that which whichThey can be incorporated into the management of the aforementioned entities, during the validity of the contract. The Municipal Entity Salamanca Foundation City of Culture and Knowledge is included as its own medium personified by the City of Salamanca, entrusting to it the management of all theAdministrative actions prior to the award of the contract, as well as the monitoring and control of its execution, corresponding to the Salamanca City of Culture and Knowledge the authorization of the expense and the contractual award in the terms proposed by the City Council of Salamanca,according to art. 11 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, of the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, for reasons of efficacy and for not having own technical means.and dependent centers of the City of Salamanca.
