- The purpose of the contract is the provision of the comprehensive conservation and maintenance service and the technical management of buildings assigned to the central services of the Ministry of Justice, Local Administration and Public Function Sites in: Plaza de la Gavidia 10, C/ Barcelona 4-6, C/ AlbertoList 16, from Seville, as well as the premises located in Avda de la Borbolla 1, from Seville, in order to guarantee its operation in a continuous way. The conservation and maintenance services whose benefit will be required to the winning company will consist of:
