- Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract is the works of conservation, maintenance and improvement of the rural and neighborhood network of roads in the region of Cerdanya. The proposed actions are defined in the execution projects drafted by the agronomist of the County Council of theCerdanya Mr. Xavier Llombart, at the request of the presidency of the Council. The actions described in these projects, promoted by the Cerdanya County Council, are part of the operation "Actions of conservation and maintenance of the Rural and Neighborhood Network of Camins de Cerdanya".by the Department of Vice -Presidency and of Digital Policies and Territory, through the subsidy with Resolution Ter/4622/2024, of December 16, of early call for the year 2025 of subsidies for actions to improve and maintain the roads of the neighborhood and rural network in the countiesMountain and Aran (Ref. BDNS 803923). The tender will be divided into different lots (6), in accordance with the forecasts of the projects and in order to encourage and facilitate the participation of small and medium -sized businesses, in accordance with the provisions of the Directive 2014/24/EU and the LCSP. In section 5 of thisDocument justifies the different lots established.
