- 1. The subject of this order is the construction of the Swarzędz city bypass. The task includes the construction of the section from ul. Rabowicka in Jasin to ul. Średzka in Rabowice - stage I.
2. The order is co -financed as part of the Government Road Development Fund.
3. Date of binding on the offer: August 52025
4. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, first will examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.

1. The subject of this order is the construction of the beltway of the city of Swarzędz. The task includes the construction of the section from ul. Rabowicka in Jasin to ul. Średzka in Rabowice - stage I. 2. OrderIt is co -financed as part of the Government Road Development Fund. 3. The scope of works covered by the order includes:
1) construction of a 2.224 km long beltway;
2) construction of channeled intersections like a roundabout:
a) with Rabowicka Street in Jasin - ul. Rabowicka DP 2512p and public municipal road without a number,
b) with streetClose - commune road No. 323641p,
c) with Olszynowa Street - municipal road No. 323643p;
3) inclusion in DP 2410P through the existing intersection of the roundabout;
4) construction of bicycle paths;
5) construction of a pedestrian and cycling path;
6) construction of pavements;
7) construction of additional roads in the road lane;
