Description : Invitation to Bid for the
CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT @ DOLORES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. DOLORES, CAPAS, TARLAC
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL FUND (SEF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos & 07/100 (Php 2,289,939.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Covered Court @ Dolores Elementary School, Brgy. Dolores, Capas, Tarlac / B-CW-2025-026-N. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within seventy (70) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
