1. The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO), through the Corporate Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,280,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ESTEVES TO BIANOAN GATE ROAD EXPANSION PHASE 1, with Project Identification No.-APECO-Infra-C-2025-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 155 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
