CONST. OF FRONT FENCE AT MFNHS & MFCES (225 METERS) FOR THE PROPOSED COVERED WALKWAY
1. The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (PhP 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONST. OF FRONT FENCE AT MFNHS & MFCES (225 METERS) FOR THE PROPOSED COVERED WALKWAY under PR # GF-2025-0676. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last five (5) years form the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
