1. The Ministry of Public Works-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW-BARMM), Maguindanao Del Sur District Engineering Office, through the Supplemental Fund CY 2024 (SF 2024) intends to apply the sum of Php 5,567,800.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24-SF27MS245 - Construction of One (1) Storey Two (2) Classrooms School Building in Basic and Madaris Education, Brgy. Reina Regente, Datu Piang, Magauindanao Del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
