Description:
Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Front-End Engineering Design (Feed) for Replacement of Air Preheater (APH) for Reformer Heaters at Hydrogen Unit (U-18), Mab Refinery. Brief scope of work: *FEED study for the revamp of the air preheaters currently installed in the steam reformer heaters of MAB refinery unit U-18 (3 identical trains). The Existing Q-DOT air preheaters shall be replaced with new plate type air preheaters by maintaining the same layout & meeting current increased unit capacity of 52.8 MMSFCD *Status verification of remaining existing equipment, which are part of the current APH system (fans and relevant motor/steam turbine, dampers, guillotines and all instruments) by FEED consultant through OEM-s *collection of all required information/Data/Documents required for the preparation of FEED from company and vendors as required *preparation of all relevant FEED documents for all disciplines *perform required safety and safeguarding studies As part of study including constructability study, inputs for ESIA, HAZOP, HAZID, ENVID and SIL analysis for the proposed modifications.
