Description:
Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Transform Kuwait Ports Authority Three Ports into Functional Smart Ports (Shuwaikh, Shuaiba/Doha). Fee: 73KD. Initial insurance: 2000KD IN the Form of a certified cheque or letter of guarantee valid for 90days from the Closing date. Preliminary meeting date: Tuesday 25 may 2021 11:00am Meeting room - Floor 9-Port complex, Building located on Gamal Abdul Nasser Street -Al-Shuwaikh Administrative area. 1. The Practice is indivisible and it is not permitted to make alternative offers 2. The contact period is 45days preceded by a preparation period of not more than 15 days from the date of signing the contract. 3. The practitioner is required to be registered with the Central Information Technology Agency in the field of information Systems And technology 4. A practitioner is required to have experience in simile project of at least five years 5. Practitioner-s abide by all provisions of Law No: (49) of 2016 regarding public tenders Amendments and executive regulations issued by Degree No: 30 of 2017 and Their Amendments and the generalization of the Ministry of Finance No:5 of 2020 and all laws , regulations , regulations and decisions in force and authorized by the instruction and government agencies regulating the wok in practice. 6.
