The subject of this order is the selection of a consultant within the meaning of Art.o on the territory (ZUT) to evaluate the conformity of investment projects and exercise of construction supervision in the implementation of construction Reconstruction and modernization of external artificial lighting systems in ten settlements from the Municipality of Dobrich.
