- It is a public market for services relating to the realization of an awareness campaign for the fight against racism. The tenderers are invited to offer a promotional object (format to the choice of tenderer). The general objectives of the campaign are as follows: -Faireback up prejudices by inviting target audiences to identify and deconstruct them; -Prewing discrimination by raising public awareness of the realities experienced by those who are targets, and their consequences with individual and collective levels; -Combottre the speeches ofhatred by giving target audiences the means to respond and/or protect themselves from it. -Inform the public on the remedies available in case of racism or discrimination, and on how to report such acts. More specifically, the campaign to combat racism is intendedto touch the audiences of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, and more particularly to shake up the prejudices shared by women and men who are not very open to diversity, who take a biased look at "racialized" groups without wishing their discrimination or expresshatred towards these. On the basis of the observations made by Unia in its 2023 report, the campaign will seek to include testimonies: -d'enteres and secondary teachers compared to situations of discrimination in connection with the origin or religious convictions -testimonies ofSports people victims of discrimination to access a club or with supporters -people victims of discrimination on Facebook (and other social networks) -for people victims of anti -Semitic discrimination so that it is representative of the diversity of the population, the campaignwill also involve personalities, experts, community associations, and actors in civil society. The campaign tools disseminated, in a broad or more targeted manner will take into account as soon as they design the intention to offer the different sectors to appropriate them (byExample, for more targeted campaigns in the world of sport,, to teachers, etc.).
