- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING SOLUTION SERVICES Summary: The San Francisco Department of Public Health seeks Proposers for the implementation and support of a standardized and centralized contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution (called eCMS internally), supporting both Community Based Organizations (CBO) and Department Operational Support (DOS) procurements and contracts. DPH also seeks an integrated Contract Monitoring (CM) solution. The CM solution will support monitoring of supplier performance against contracted metrics, with particular emphasis on reporting of services defined by the contracted Scope of Work. The CM solution will integrate with and receive data about contracted services and scopes of work from the CLM solution.
