- This market is a service market in the form of a framework agreement, the terms of which are fixed with a single provider (article 43 of the law of June 17, 2016). Its purpose is the provision of contracting authority: - a safety and health coordinator duringdeveloping a series of projects; - a safety and health coordinator during the realization of various projects. The projects and projects concerned are those under the non-structuring Walloon Road Roads managed by the SPW-Mi-Department of the Namur roads, forAs much as they fall under the application of the legislation relating to the coordination of temporary and mobile sites. The Namur regional Walloon Regional Walloon Road Walloon Network is taken up on the map of the Walloon Regional Road Network-Namur Roads Department(edition of 11.02.2020) annexed to this Special Specifications. The details of the services are included in the technical clauses annexed to this Special specifications.
