- Renovation of electrical installations of the Walloon Brabant Culture Center, simultaneously, at the renovation and partial restructuring of the Walloon Brabant Cultural Center, as well as the implementation of controlled mechanical ventilation, making the subject of another market.The contractor for this electricity market will therefore be required to coordinate with that in charge of the renovation/ventilation market. The reception of all the work must imperatively take place on June 01, 2026 at the latest, the place consists of two building, a main volume,The "home", and a smaller volume, the increased "dispensary". All facades and roofs are classified, as well as the performance hall (but not the scene). Transformation work on the rear part of the main body is planned in the project to develop: -A roomof residence for circus artists in terms of scene and stage cage. -A small accommodation for artists in residence -a multipurpose room at the "ground floor" under the scene The works include the work of HVAC (mainly ventilation) and sanitary facilities, these placesObviously must have an compliant electrical installation.
