- The purpose of this consultation is to carry out a mission of mastering partial project in the execution phase of the work of the optional slices 1 and 2 provided for in the planning operation of the cemetery of the Paradis line, in Saint-Pierre (Ile de la Reunion).
From the cemetery of the Paradis line - partial project management mission in the execution phase of the work of the optional slices 1 and 2
The mission is broken down into two distinct phases: Phase 1 - Partial project management mission for carrying out the work of the optional tranche1 and phase 2 - Partial project management mission for carrying out the work on the optional group 2.
For each phase, the partial project management mission is composed of the following elements: Examination of the compliance of execution studies in the project and their visa - Synthesis andVisa (Visa), scheduling, management and coordination of work (OPC), Directorate for the Execution of the Works Markets (DET), and the assistance provided to the Client during reception operations and during the perfect completion guarantee period (AOR).
The initial amountsWork markets notified to companies by the client for the realization of optional sections 1 and 2 of the paradise line cemetery are fixed at (value June 2024): optional tranche 1: 2 918 913.71 euros HT / Optional tranche 2: 3,625,867.53 euros ht
