The market includes at least design (design), construction (b) Uild and the commissioning of a biomethanization unit in the Brussels-Capital region, more precisely on the site as defined in the definition of the project. As part of the DB market, the contractor must, among other things,Ensure: - Technical / technological design (detailed engineering) of the unit (installation of transformation of bio -waste (FFOM + Pros) with pre -treatment - biomethanization - intensive composting and post -composting and associated ancillary equipment), including all studiesnecessary to equip the unit with all the functional specifications which will be imposed by the contracting authority; - an architectural and full engineering mission, including among others: o The development of unit architect's plans; o Stability studies,special techniques and acoustics; o all the studies necessary to equip the unit with all the functional specifications which will be imposed by the contracting authority; o The development of the single planning permit application file (cf. decree of December 12, 2013 of the governmentof the Brussels-Capital Region determining the composition of the urban planning permit application file, M.B. 12.03.2014 (as modified by the decrees of the Brussels-Capital Government of July 4, 2019 and April 1, 2021; o Supervision and control of the execution ofWork ...
